Mr. Visconti operates a consulting firm that specializes in providing IT security Services to credit unionsand other financial institutions. Services range from full risk assessments, security reviews, business recovery planning, business impact analysis, network design, procurement assistance and training. He brings to the market place over 30 years experience in Government and Information Technology with
the National Credit Union Administration.

Notable accomplishments during his career with  NCUA were the implementation a full IT security review program for large corporate credit unions. A significant part of that program was the development of risk management models and business continuity planning. Other major accomplishments during his career with NCUA included launching the first automated exam and laptop program, development of the financial performance report, establishment of the wide area network infrastructure at the agency and senior management of Information Technology Services for over 15 years.

Mr. Visconti developed training programs for the National Credit Union Administration IT Examiners as well as Examiners from the State of Texas Banking Commission. Visconti consulting works on a contract basis with the National Credit Union Administration performing Information Technology reviews of large complex credit unions.
